Overview
Ragn-Sells is a leading environmental and recycling company in the Nordics, operating a large fleet of collection vehicles across multiple regions.
Their goal is to make circular economy logistics more efficient, transparent and data driven.
We built a tablet application for Android and iOS that supports RagnSells entire fleet - guiding drivers through their daily routes, assigned pickups and delivery points while simplifying data entry, reporting and communication.
The Challenge
Fleet operations relied on paper schedules and manual coordination.
Drivers needed a single, reliable tool that would:
- Display daily tasks, routes and collection points for each shift
- Allow quick input on material categories and collection status
- Capture images and notes in cases of obstacles or incomplete pickups.
- Manage breaks and maintenance pauses accurately.
- Provide navigation to both pickup locations and processing facilities.
With multiple vehicles and teams operating simultaneously, the solution had to be fast, dependable and intuitive in real field conditions.

We designed and developed a cross-platform mobile app purposefully built for logistics professionals.
